Shenyang Fulin Special Transformer Co., Ltd. traces its origins back to 1991, when it was first established under the name of Shenyang Limin Switch Factory. In 1996, to adapt to changes in the market landscape, expand marketing channels, and enhance brand visibility, the enterprise entered into horizontal cooperation with the former Shenyang Special Transformer Factory. As a result, it was renamed Shenyang Special Transformer No.1 Branch Factory and operated as a private enterprise—though there was no substantive subordinate relationship between the two parties.
In 2003, the former Shenyang Special Transformer Factory was dissolved, bringing an end to the cooperative relationship between the two entities. Subsequently, Shenyang Special Transformer No.1 Branch Factory was restructured and renamed Shenyang Fulin Special Transformer Co., Ltd., becoming a fully independent legal entity. Today, it has developed into a high-tech specialized manufacturer integrating R&D, design, and manufacturing of special transformers.
