1. Proficiency in the operation and programming of CNC lathes, as well as familiarity with the application and maintenance of various CNC systems.
2. Basic knowledge of mechanical processing technology.
3. Ability to independently complete part processing according to drawings, and be familiar with tool selection and adjustment of cutting parameters.
4. Skill in using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
5. 1-3 years or more of experience in CNC lathe operation and programming, with the capability to independently process parts.
6. Educational background: Technical secondary school or above, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing, CNC Technology or related fields.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete manual arc welding or CO₂ gas shielded welding (work scope is not limited to the above), and take responsibility for welding quality.
2. Correctly use tooling and measuring tools; properly care for and maintain welding equipment.
3. Assist the team in completing other related work tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational background: Senior high school or above.
2. Work experience: At least 2 years of welding work experience.
3. Qualification: Possess a welder’s certificate (professional skill certificate).
4. Soft skills: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
5. Professional capability: Ability to weld metal components in accordance with construction drawings, process requirements and welding specifications.
6. Age: Under 40 years old.
