Our company currently has the capability to conduct all factory tests, type tests for 110kV single-phase 63MVA transformers, as well as tests for special transformers.

A 10,000 KVA 50Hz synchronous generator set (with a 1,500 kW motor and high-voltage thyristor control), matched with a 1,250 KVA intermediate transformer and a 19,320 KVAR compensation capacitor. This setup enables various 50Hz power-supply-based tests (such as performance tests and temperature rise tests) for 110kV 63MVA single-phase transformers and three-phase transformers.

Additionally, there is a 500 KVA 150Hz synchronous generator set (with a 200 kW motor and high-voltage thyristor control), matched with a 1,250 KVA intermediate transformer and reactors of various reactance combinations (rated at 450 KVAR). This system can meet the requirements for induced high-voltage tests and partial discharge measurement of transformers at the aforementioned voltage levels and capacities.
